Supporting Adults through Counselling

Life can feel challenging at times. Anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, parenting, health concerns, navigating neurodiversity, or just a sense of feeling lost can leave you drained and unsure how to move forward. These feelings are all part of being human, but sometimes we need some support to explore the problem and some help make sense of it.  Counselling offers a supportive and confidential space so you can start to delve into what’s happening and begin to move forward into a better, more manageable state of wellbeing.

In our sessions, I’ll work with you to understand your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. We’ll look at what’s affecting your wellbeing, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and find practical ways to cope with life’s challenges. I tailor my approach to suit your needs, whether you benefit from talking things through, structured techniques, or a combination of creative and reflective methods.

Counselling can help you:

  • Understand and manage anxiety or low mood
  • Work through grief, loss, or bereavement
  • Navigate relationship issues and improve communication
  • Explore the impact of neurodiversity or health concerns on your life
  • Reduce feelings of isolation and build connection
  • Develop strategies for coping, resilience, and self-care

Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to reflect without judgement. Counselling isn’t about fixing everything at once — it’s about helping you gain clarity, regain control, and start feeling more confident in yourself and your life.
